Return & Refund Policy
At Layer Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via the returns link.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Personal care products where hygiene seals have been removed
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must still be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
